Fall 2008 ABYS Striker & Goalie Clinics Form

We are offering a Striker's clinic and a Goalie clinic for all U10/U11/U12 ABYS players, this is run by our very own Director of Coaching Tim Hallett. Each clinic will run for 6 weeks and will be held on Monday Evenings at Liberty Fields.

The clinics start on Monday September 22nd

Strikers - 4:00 - 5:00pm
Goalies - 5:00 - 6:00pm

By filling out this online form, I am hereby requesting that my son/daughter be registered for the Strikers or Goalies Clinics as detailed in this document. I understand that the directors, staff and representatives of either MLS, Acton Boxboro Youth Soccer or Liberty Field will not be held liable for any injuries to my child which result in medical, dental or other associated expenses. I confirm that my child has no medical condition, which would prevent him/her from participating fully in the exercises or other soccer-related activities.

It will cost $60 per child, please make your checks Payable to ABYS and bring to the first session. There are only 16 places available in both clinics. To book onto one of these slots – please fill out the form below & submit your form.
